With a grand vision to create an institution that treats photography as a finer art form and equips students in the diverse genres of photography for them to choose their preferred genre, providing the students with proper technical know-how, theoretical skills as well creative expressions and teaching them the philosophy behind it, IIP has started its journey, not so long ago in 2010. The last 7 years have been astounding for us. We have achieved brilliant students and they have been shining becoming our shooting star flaunting their beautiful photographs in numerous celebrated and established places and pages, exhibition walls and publication spaces.

With its scientific and unambiguous coursework, weekly programs and professional approach towards photography, numerous studios and exquisite props and, proper setup, international standard equipment’s and state-of the art facilities, IIP is way ahead of its league of other photography institutions that unnecessarily complicates the coursework and fails to clarify the twists and turns of the industry and make the students competent enough to deal with that with their professionalism. IIP is the pioneer photography institution in Asia to start a short term online photography course of 1 or 3 years.

Students of IIP are taught the very important aspect of being self-employable and are trained to work with ad agencies, exporters and portals. The faculties who teach in IIP are of national and international reputation. The management is veteran and enables lots of added opportunities as a part of being associated with IIP.

Students get the opportunity to work with beauty pageants and perform live shoots with fashion divas. They get the opportunity to take part in international film festivals and they are also exposed to shoot and cover political rallies and events. They get to exhibit their captures published both in online publications or exhibited on exhibition walls.

And now, IIP is all set to launch its biggest setup in Chandigarh, the biggest photography institution in India.  IIP has won many awards Innovation in Education 2014, Best Professional Institute 2016 and scores 4.3, 4.6 and 4.4 out of 5 in online reviews.
